You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Content Ownership and Usage:
4. Ownership: All content available on the App, including text, images, videos, and othermaterials, is the property of Muktinath Krishi Company Limited or its license and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Limited License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Muktinath Krishi Company Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for its intended purpose.
6. Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, re- produce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the App without prior written consent from Muktinath Krishi Company Limited.
User-generated Content:
7. Responsibility: If the App allows you to create and share user-generated content, you aresolely responsible for the content you post. While you retain ownership of your content, by posting it on the App, you grant Muktinath Krishi Company Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub- licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content.
8. Acceptable Use: You agree that your user-generated content will not violate any applicable laws, infringe on any third-party rights, or contain any defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.
Privacy Policy:
9. Data Collection and Use: Your use of the App is subject to the Muktinath Krishi Company Limited Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how your personal data is collected, stored, and used. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Muktinath Krishi Company Limited operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to a binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of prevailing Nepalese Arbitration Law.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Muktinath Krishi Company Limited regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
